Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at MAGICCARD. We value your business and aim to ensure your satisfaction.
Our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. Custom Card: We cannot offer a refund or return once the order is confirmed, designed, or processed.
2. Landing Page Design: We cannot offer a re-design or re-develop card that is confirmed, designed, or deployed except a team card. If your card doesn’t function on your phone due to your phone lacking NFC capabilities or being outdated, it will not be eligible for a refund. Please remember that it’s always your customers’ phones that are used to share details, not your own. MAGICCARD cannot be held accountable for the technology used, other than the technology used in our products themselves.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at support@magiccard We will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded if your card is found to be faulty.
Conditions for Returns:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition you received.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your replacement. If the card functions as per NFC standards, no replacement is eligible. Redelivery will be subject to delivery charges.
Cancellation:
If for any reason, an order is canceled after placing the order, a cancellation fee of 80 AED applies to all orders due to the nature of customization for each business, cancellation of delivery arrangement, and service hours. If the order is not accepted on Cash on Delivery for any reason, MAGICCARD reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 200 AED to cover service and return delivery charges for orders below 600 AED. For orders above 800 AED, MAGICCARD reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 350 AED.
All payments should be made within 7 days of its notice to avoid an accumulation of late penalties of 50 AED per 7 days overdue.
International deliveries cannot be canceled after they have been created or dispatched. All fees related to cancellation for any reason are to be paid by the purchasing party.
Custom-designed and branded cards:
Once an invoice has been issued to your company, the 24/7 MAGICCARD team will start working on your order immediately to achieve the highest standard of efficiency and ensure you get your order as fast as possible. Therefore orders cannot be cancelled after we have started the creation process and an invoice has been issued to your company.
Customs and local VAT:
For international orders, MAGICCARD is not able to assist or pay for local customs duties or VAT in your respective country of operations. We kindly advise you to contact the local authorities for further clarifications and exceptions.
