    We select the most suitable carrier based on the customer’s location to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. All shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

    3. Shipping Locations

    We ship to addresses within the UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman

    4. Estimated Delivery Timeframe

    The estimated delivery time, which includes production, processing, and shipping, ranges from 3-4 business days.

    5. Delivery and Tracking

    Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions for package tracking. Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking information.

    6. Handling of Damaged Packages

    If you receive a damaged package, contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photo evidence of the damaged package and products for resolution.
